NOMINATION PROCESS
Step 1: Provide Nominee Information Full name Current or most recent institutional affiliation (university, law firm, organization, or "Independent") Primary area of contribution (e.g., "cannabinoid receptor pharmacology," "medical necessity defense litigation," "psilocybin clinical trials," "state legalization strategy") Step 2: Statement of Contribution Brief statement (250 words maximum) describing the nominee's impact. This may include: Key publications, findings, or legal victories Clinical applications, policy changes, or patient access improvements resulting from their work Professional courage or persistence under institutional resistance, funding barriers, or career risk Contribution to field advancement that enabled subsequent research or legal strategy by others Step 3: Your Information (Optional) Nominators may provide name and email address. This information is not shared with the Expert Panel and is used only for nomination confirmation and event updates. Step 4: Submit Nomination Fee $10 per nomination Fee supports Hall of Fame operations including expert panel coordination, archive development, inductee recognition materials, and ceremony production. The fee is not a vote. Expert Panel Inductees are selected based on scientific or legal contribution evaluated under blind review protocols, not by nomination volume. Payment accepted via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
MULTIPLE NOMINATIONS
You may nominate as many people as you wish across any tracks. You may submit multiple nominations for the same person. Multiple nominations demonstrate breadth of community support and contribute to People's Choice Award consideration. Multiple nominations do not influence Expert Panel Inductee selection.
